• Sioux Falls, SD Landscape Garden Centers (LGC), a family-owned company with over 40 years of excellence in Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas, is seeking a Landscape Team Member to join our growing team.

At LGC, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality landscape projects and exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do Install paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls to project specifications Prepare job sites, including grading, excavation, and base preparation Operate equipment such as skid loaders, compactors, and cut-off saws Measure, cut, and place materials with attention to detail and alignment Read basic layout plans and follow crew leader direction Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites Support project completion on schedule and to company quality standards What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in hardscaping, landscaping, construction, or related outdoor work Valid driver's license Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs Experience using hand and power tools Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Attention to detail in layout and installation work Physical Requirements & Work Environment Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and extended standing Occasional extended or irregular hours as needed Travel within the local service area This position description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work performed.
