Full-Time, Year-Round About the Role Specialized Property Care is hiring an experienced Irrigation / Sprinkler Repair Technician to handle residential service, diagnostics, and repairs. This role is for technicians who: Can troubleshoot independently Take pride in doing the job right Communicate clearly with homeowners Don't need to be babysat If you're the kind of tech who fixes problems correctly the first time — this role is built for you. What You'll Be Responsible For Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential sprinkler and irrigation systems Communicate clearly with customers about issues, options, and solutions Recommend water-efficient products and system improvements when appropriate Complete spring start-ups and fall winterizations Document all work accurately using mobile software Collect payments and close out work orders Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Assist with Holiday Lighting and Snow/Ice operations as needed Requirements (Non-Negotiable) 2+ years of experience as an irrigation / sprinkler repair technician (preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently without constant supervision Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional communication and customer-service mindset Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
