Full Job Description Job Overview:

JNT Landscaping is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Technician to join our growing team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality landscaping and property maintenance services for both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in creating clean, well-maintained landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Maintain landscapes through planting, mulching, and weed control Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees to enhance property appearance Complete seasonal cleanups (spring/fall) and debris removal Assist with landscaping projects such as grading, drainage, and installation work Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Load/unload tools and materials and ensure job sites remain clean and organized Follow safety procedures and company quality standards Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

Requirements:

Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required) Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Comfortable working in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment Valid driver's license (preferred) Strong teamwork and time management skills Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Pay:

$18.50 - $21.00 per hour
