The job Learn irrigation the right way while working outdoors with a team that holds a clear standard. What you'll do Assist with irrigation installs and repairs (hands-on training provided) Dig, trench, backfill, and help with pipe/heads/valves/controllers Keep work areas clean and organized Learn to troubleshoot step-by-step—no guessing, no shortcuts Communicate clearly and ask questions early What we're looking for Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn a trade Comfortable working outdoors and moving all day Professional attitude—steady, respectful, team-first Irrigation/landscape experience is a plus (not required) Valid driver's license and pre-employment drug test required.
