Full Job Description Job Overview:
As a Crew Member, you will work with a team to ensure the proper maintenance and care of our lawns. This role requires commitment, communication skills and expertise in operating commercial lawn mowers.Duties:
- Work with a team member to perform lawn care Tasks.
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weed eating
- Coordinate and execute lawn maintenance duties
- Ensure lawns are properly serviced with each property visit
Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping and lawn care
- Strong work ethic to be a valuable member of the team
- Ability to maintain outdoor spaces to high standards
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
