Landscape Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and horticulture. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscaping and hardscaping for outdoor spaces to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing and well-kept. Duties Assist with planting, watering, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks Conduct irrigation system installations and maintenance Engage in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Provide snow plowing services during winter months Maintain equipment including excavators and other machinery used in landscaping Follow safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment Skills Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment Proficient in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices Experience with landscaping design principles and horticulture Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction methods Ability to perform tree care activities including trimming and removal Knowledge of irrigation systems for efficient water management Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in the landscaping industry!
