Full-Time About the Position We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Landscaping Route Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage their own schedule, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining residential properties throughout the area. The right candidate will be responsible for driving a company truck, servicing a designated route, communicating with customers, and ensuring each property is maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance for residential properties Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Drive a company truck to and from customer locations Manage and complete a daily service route independently Communicate professionally with customers regarding services, scheduling, and property needs Maintain equipment and keep the work vehicle clean and organized Identify potential property concerns and communicate recommendations to customers Complete work accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Schedule Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday Some weekends may be required based on workload and seasonal demand What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, communicates well with customers, and can be trusted to manage their own route with little supervision.

Pay:

$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
