This role combines hands-on landscape maintenance, crew leadership, customer service, training, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional landscape results while supporting team growth and efficiency. Position Summary The Maintenance Fine Gardening Team Leader performs a wide variety of maintenance, landscaping, and administrative tasks with minimal supervision. This role works closely with the Customer Service Manager and Production Manager to help maintain quality standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position may require overtime as needed. Key Performance Goals Success in this role includes helping the team achieve the following operational targets: Maintain or exceed field efficiency goals Maintain monthly audit completion Support a goal of zero lost-time accidents Ensure weekly mower maintenance completion Core Competencies Efficiency Produces strong results while maximizing time and resources. Primary Responsibilities Team Leadership Help supervise maintenance crews to ensure quality work is completed Support smooth daily operations by assisting team leaders and field staff Help facilitate and monitor crew departure times each morning Assist with training all team leaders and crew members on company SOPs Collaborate with the Production Manager to improve training programs and operational systems Train employees on new technology, safety systems, communication tools, and purchasing software Customer Service & Quality Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service Maintain high-quality workmanship standards across all properties Meetings & Operations Help conduct monthly Maintenance Operations Meetings Help lead bi-weekly Safety Meetings Safety Promote and enforce safe work practices Support the company's goal of zero workplace accidents Qualifications Valid driver's license required Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance team leader Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and fine gardening practices Willingness to continue learning and growing professionally Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical job duties outdoors in varying conditions What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Leads by example Takes pride in quality work Communicates well with customers and crews Thrives in a fast-paced environment Values accountability, safety, and teamwork Apply Today If you're passionate about landscaping, leadership, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
