This role combines hands-on landscape maintenance, crew leadership, customer service, training, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional landscape results while supporting team growth and efficiency. Position Summary The Maintenance Fine Gardening Team Leader performs a wide variety of maintenance, landscaping, and administrative tasks with minimal supervision. This role works closely with the Customer Service Manager and Production Manager to help maintain quality standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position may require overtime as needed.
