Join Our Team as a Porter / Groundskeeper! Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming? We're looking for a Porter to help maintain the beauty and curb appeal at two of our apartment communities, The Brentwood and The Grove Brentwood in Nashville, TN . Your work will make a lasting first impression on everyone who visits and lives here!

What You'll Do:
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities. Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean. Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep. Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects. Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude. Be part of the team that keeps our community beautiful and welcoming every day!

What We're Looking For:
Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred (but not required). Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. A positive team player who takes pride in their work. PI284374049
