Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers. Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating lawns to maintain a pristine appearance Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like pruning, hedge trimming, and soil preparation Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants and turf Conduct landscape maintenance activities including fertilizing, mulching, and pest control to promote healthy growth Use equipment such as zero turn mower, weed eater, skid steer for site preparation or grading projects under supervision Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Prior experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required Ability to operate small machinery such as zero turn mower and skid steer is a plus; training will be provided if needed Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is advantageous Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is necessary Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills in landscaping and construction tasks Join us today!
