Monday through Friday Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in Austin, TX 78704. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and brings a positive, dependable work ethic to the team. Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
- Remove trash and debris from the property
- Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
- Help with power washing of walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed
- Support the maintenance team with basic tasks
- Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning
- Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and inviting for residents and visitors Requirements
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
