Job Summary Be a part of a growing and professional lawn care company! We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mowing Crew Member to join our lawn maintenance team. This role involves maintaining lawns and outdoor spaces to ensure they are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, be willing to learn and grow, and have a positive team-oriented mentality. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in horticulture, landscaping, team management, sales and marketing, and equipment operation. Duties Mow lawns using push mowers and riding mowers, string trimmers, edgers and blowers. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including trimming and pruning shrubs. Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and blowers for various groundskeeping activities. Operate equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems for larger landscaping projects. Maintain the health of outdoor spaces through horticultural practices like fertilizing and weed control. Advertising with physical marketing material to fill routes. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is a plus. Knowledge of irrigation systems is beneficial.
