Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape and Dirt Work Helper, where growth and opportunity are at the forefront! Duties Assist with landscape installation including planting, mulching, and hardscape setup using hand tools and power tools Support dirt work activities such as grading, excavation, and site prep with equipment like excavators under supervision Help maintain lawns and gardens through mowing, trimming, pruning, and irrigation system upkeep Participate in tree care tasks including trimming, planting, and general tree maintenance Aid in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways Perform routine equipment maintenance on hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery to ensure safety and efficiency Support overall landscape maintenance tasks to keep outdoor spaces healthy, attractive, and functional Experience No formal experience required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with landscaping equipment is a plus but not necessary Prior experience with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is beneficial but not mandatory Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, or construction equipment such as excavators is helpful but training will be provided Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in outdoor environments Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a career in landscaping or outdoor construction.
