Pay:

$12.50 Full-time (60 hours paid each week) We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Ranch Hand / Groundskeeper to help maintain well-kept ranch land, hay fields, and buildings. This is an outdoor, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment and staying active.

Primary Responsibilities:

Mowing, weed-eating, trimming, and general landscaping Building and repairing fences Maintaining ranch equipment (tractors, trailers, tools, etc.) -- (training available) Performing basic repairs and upkeep on buildings and barns Harvesting hay and assisting with other seasonal ranch tasks Ability to use a riding lawn mower They prefer knowlege of the how to operate a tractor

Requirements:

Prior experience in landscaping or ranch work preferred Able to operate common ranch equipment like tractors or bulldozers Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical outdoor labor in varying weather Clean driving record Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Work Schedule:
