• Safety, Communication & Precision We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Crew Member to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for teaching essential safety, communication and operational skills for working around helicopters as well as maintaining facility and grounds. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for safety, and a passion for outdoor maintenance. Duties

• Conduct training sessions covering all aspects of ground operations, safety procedures, and equipment use.
• Instruct course members on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation measures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Provide technical expertise in various ground tasks
• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing as well as conduct landscape maintenance.
• Utilize equipment such as tractors, mowers, weed eaters and operating Polaris.
• Assist with projects as needed including fencing, painting, changing bulbs as well as preventive maintenance to equipment
• Conduct routine grounds inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repairs Skills
• Proven experience with operating various landscaping machinery including mowers and tractors.
• Basic construction skills relevant to outdoor project work
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Candidates must have a clean driving record This position is ideal for individuals committed to safety, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service.

Starting pay:
