Landscape Technician

Kemp Rd. LLC is seeking a dedicated Lawn & Landscape Technician to join our grounds team at a stunning private ranch along the Brazos River. This is a full-time opportunity to do meaningful, hands-on work in a beautiful setting alongside a crew of experienced landscaping and groundskeeping professionals.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with mowing and weed eating equipment, including tractor and shredder, is a plus Some landscaping experience or education is helpful — but not required A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliable attendance matter most

Job Summary :

Responsible for performing regular garden and landscape maintenance to ensure a pleasant appearance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform regular garden and landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and watering to ensure the health of plants. Complete assigned jobs from start to finish with little supervision. Mow lawns, trim weeds, and rake leaves as assigned. Pick up and remove trash prior to mowing a designated area. Empty trash and recycling containers. Trim bushes, shrubs, and hedges. Prepare soil and plant flowers, bushes, hedges, or shrubs. Plant trees and prunes them when necessary. Applies fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides as directed. Operate hand tools and power tools to perform necessary tasks. Ensure proper care of plants in all seasons. Performs other related duties as assigned. •Other duties assigned by supervisor relating to the property's landscape.•

Qualifications :
