Job Description

Groundskeeper Pay:
$14 Job description Sterling Personnel, Inc. is recruiting a Groundskeeper for an open-ended temporary assignment. The typical schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5
PM Responsibilities:
Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings Regularly mow lawns, prune shrubs and trees, and pull weeds. Clear sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor areas of debris and trash. Monitor, maintain, and adjust irrigation system. Safely apply herbicides and fertilizers. Inspect grounds for potential hazards and report to management as necessary. Helping clean and prepare market-ready units Pool maintenance Completing tasks for the property manager as assigned or required #therapy2
