JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities General Maintenance Cleaning breakrooms & bathrooms Taking out interior and exterior trash Painting & Special Projects Pressure Washing shop and building Cleaning exterior windows
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications Valid Class C driver's license Ability to handle heavy items and work in extreme weather and physical conditions Ability to work independently and in a team environment while demonstrating safe work habits Preferred Qualifications Painting Experience Electrical Experience Handyman skill set
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
General maintenance Pressure washing Custodial services Painting Handyman services General sanitation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body movements Using hands to handle, control or feel Climbing ladders, stairs, and platforms Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Work Experience:
