Job Description
Plant Daddy Dallas services commercial and residential customers in the surrounding Dallas areas. We are looking for a Team Lead with previous lawn care experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a working knowledge of outdoor lawn equipment that includes: mowers, edgers, gas powered trimmers, and blowers. Candidates must always act in a professional manner, have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and reliable transportation. Candidates must also be able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in different weather conditions. The ability to help train and oversee employees is required. Candidates must be able to perform landscape services based upon company standards.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Lawn service maintenance
- Mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing
- Bush and shrub trimming
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
