$13.00 per hour

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our yard crew team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping customers, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Follow all company safety procedures. Assist customers with loading stone, soil, mulch, and landscaping materials. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Operate equipment safely (training provided). Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe. Work with team members to complete customer orders efficiently. Assist with general yard maintenance and inventory organization. Requirements Ability to work outdoors in South Texas weather. Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Reliable transportation and attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Willingness to work at both our Donna and San Benito locations when business needs require. Availability to work scheduled Saturdays as part of a rotating team schedule. Forklift or equipment experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
