Maxus Groundskeepers ensure clean, attractive visual curb appeal for our communities.Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Sunday trash pickup is required and may take up to four hours; that time will be compensated during the week.WHY MAXUS?

Responsibilities of the Groundskeeper include: Maintain the health and visual appeal of property landscaping with the watering, mowing, pruning, trimming etc of planting trees, plants, flowers, and shrubs Safely operate tools and chemicals such as shovel, mower, pruner, pressure washer, insecticide, fertilizer, etc. Assist in preparation for inclement weather depending on climate (snow for winter, hurricanes for summer, etc). Tidy up amenity areas (dog park, gym, pool, etc). Pick up and dispose of refuse/debris to ensure the communities' attractiveness and safety. Distribute resident notices or community flyers. Report any areas of concern to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, such as items that need repairing, restocking, or vendor involvement May be required to assist with make ready or maintenance requests, inspections, or inventoryQUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of facility or landscaping experience is encouraged. Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to all Fair Housing regulations are required.SOFT SKILLS
