2 Local Roots Lawn Maintenance is a fast-growing, family-owned lawn care company serving Georgetown and nearby communities. We specialize in professional lawn maintenance, shrub trimming, bed maintenance, aeration, top dressing, mulch installation, sod, and seasonal services. Our reputation is built on reliability, attention to detail, and treating customers' properties like our own. We are hiring two Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our field team for the upcoming season. What You'll Be Doing As a Crew Member, you will work with a foreman and team to deliver high-quality lawn services each day.

This includes:

Mowing, trimming, and edging residential and commercial properties Pruning shrubs and maintaining flower beds Leaf cleanup, debris removal, and property clean-ups Mulch, sod, aeration, and top-dressing projects Loading and unloading equipment and trailers Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite Representing Local Roots Lawn Maintenance in a professional manner with customers This is hands-on outdoor work that requires physical effort, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. Pay & Schedule $18-$22 per hour depending on experience Consistent full-time work during the season Opportunity to grow into higher responsibility and leadership roles Requirements All applicants must meet the following: Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Clean driving record Clean background 1-3 years of verifiable lawn care or landscaping experience Fluent in English Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Texas weather Dependable, punctual, and professional Why Work With Local Roots LM We are not a high-turnover mow-and-go company.
