JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for preparing and maintaining landscape areas per contract specifications.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

20% Mow grass using power mowers. 20% Trim and edge using power weed eater. 5% Water lawns, trees, and plants using portable sprinkler system, hose 5% Haul and/or spread topsoil, mulch, straw or pea gravel in lawns or beds. 15% Pick up trash and debris by hand or using a poker stick, rake or broom. Bag and dispose of trash. 15% Operate blower to clean sidewalks and driveway. 5% Clear beds for planting and mulching. Perform additional labor as needed for special projects or improvements 100% Demonstrate ex cep t i ona l customer service, in every t h i ng you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran or client first to support our mission to " Empo w er people to build better lives for themselves, their families and their communities."

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred, but not required; will train if program needs allow.

ATTENDANCE

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES

None required. Valid Driver's License a plus.

VEHICLE:

None required. Must be able to get to and from work as scheduled.

Must be available and willing to work assigned schedules. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others.
