Porter/Groundskeeper Richmark Properties - 3.4 Houston, TX Job Details Full-time 16 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Cleaning and sanitation procedure implementation Safety protocol adherence Full Job Description Porter/Groundskeeper Knowledge / Skills / Ability Must have excellent communication skills Ability to walk, bend, or stand for extended periods of time Must be receptive and observant Must be conscious to general safety/sanitary procedure when performing tasks Responsibilities Ensure the tidy appearance of the property by physically walking the premises Notify manager of any diseased, dying or dead landscape plantings. Sweep/Transfer any loose trash, animal droppings, etc. into a proper receptacle Clear paths and walkways of loose grass, or clear weeds as they surface Make sure the lighting around the property is functioning Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc. Perform routine maintenance on the property as requested Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells as needed. Distribute resident communications, i.e. upcoming events, pest control notices, newsletters, etc.
