Position Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our golf course grounds crew. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the Clubhouse and other Club facilities, including turf care, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas Trim trees, shrubs, and landscape features Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Assist with irrigation system maintenance, including sprinkler heads and lines Rake and maintain bunkers Keep cart paths, tee boxes, and course grounds clean and presentable Assist with course setup (tee markers, hole locations, signage) Perform general labor tasks as needed by the grounds superintendent
Qualifications:
Ability to work early morning hours and outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Prior landscaping or golf course experience required Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Physical Demands and Work Environment Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. Push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Continuous repetitive motions. Work in hot, humid and noisy environment. Work outdoors in all type of weather.
