We value reliability, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Position Summary Seeking a motivated landscaper to join our team. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, planting, pruning, mulching, irrigation basics, hardscape assistance, operating small equipment, and ensuring sites are clean and safe. Key Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup Install and maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and mulch Prune trees and shrubs following best practices Assist with landscape installations (planting, sod, irrigation, paver work) Assist with Construction & Demolition (retaining walls, pouring cement, erecting stone walls, construct wood structures) Operate and maintain equipment: mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers Follow safety procedures and maintain job-site cleanliness Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients Required Qualifications Ability to operate handheld and small motorized equipment safely Physically fit: able to lift 80lbs, work outdoors in varied weather, stand/stoop for long periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (only required if driving company vehicle) Dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work with keen attention to detail Basic knowledge of plants, turf care, and landscape maintenance Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with irrigation systems and basic repairs Experience with hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls) Benefits Competitive pay and performance bonuses Training support Uniforms and tools provided Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Please send resume and a brief cover letter to justntimeoffice@gmail.com with subject line "Landscaper Application — [Your Name]" or call 512-931-1664 for more information.
