The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform landscape installation tasks Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming, pruning, and removal as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to build landscape features that enhance outdoor spaces. Follow safety protocols while working with mechanical equipment and power tools. Experience Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is advantageous. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently is essential. Knowledge of hardscape/planting installation techniques will be beneficial for candidates.
