Job Description
Property Groundskeeper
- Must have 1+ years experience in a similar field of work to be considered.
- Responsibilities & Job Description Power wash sidewalks, stairways, parking lot Clean windows Empty trash receptacles and clean dumpster areas Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the grounds, landscape areas, sidewalks Maintain cleanliness of exterior entrances and stairways Informing management of any repairs needed Perform general repairs, including light bulb replacement, ceiling tile replacement and other minor repairs Performs other related duties as assigned based on the needs of the company Landscaping Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the grounds, including lawns, gardens, and landscapes Use hand tools and power tools to perform various groundskeeping tasks Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from the grounds Monitor and report any issues or concerns regarding the condition of the grounds
Requirements:
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
