Event Support Staff - Gate, Concessions & Grounds Crew (Part-Time/Weekend)Job Description Pine Tar Sports is hiring dependable and hardworking Event Support Staff to assist with youth baseball and softball tournaments throughout the DFW area and surrounding Texas locations. This position includes a variety of responsibilities including gate admissions, concessions, cooking/grill assistance, grounds maintenance, and general event support. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who are flexible, reliable, and willing to help where needed to ensure successful tournament operations. Responsibilities Greet guests and assist with gate entry (wristbands/stamps) Handle cash and/or digital payments Work concessions including food and beverage preparation/sales Assist with cooking or grill operations if needed Help maintain tournament facilities and grounds Perform light handyman or maintenance duties such as trash removal, setup/breakdown, mowing, and general cleanup Provide friendly customer service to teams and families Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked Follow event staff instructions and schedules Assist tournament directors with additional onsite needs as necessary Requirements Must be dependable and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods Weekend availability is required Ability to lift, move, and set up equipment when needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Prior concessions, maintenance, landscaping, handyman, or event experience is a plus, but not required Job Details Part-time / Event-Based Weekend tournaments Why Join Pine Tar Sports?
