Grounds Maintenance Technician

Grounds Maintenance Technician We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and appearance of a large outdoor property and recreational facility. This position involves operating equipment, maintaining landscaped areas, and helping keep the grounds in excellent condition year-round. Responsibilities Operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment Maintain turf, landscaped areas, and outdoor facilities Weed eating, edging, blowing, trimming, and debris cleanup Assist with irrigation repairs and general outdoor maintenance Help prepare grounds for daily operations and special events Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance Follow safety procedures and work independently when needed Qualifications Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable with physical labor and early morning schedules Experience operating mowers, tractors, or landscaping equipment preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work well with a small team Preferred Traits Self-motivated Professional appearance and attitude Takes pride in maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces Mechanically inclined is a plus Schedule & Pay Full-time or part-time available Morning and weekend availability preferred Pay based on experience Please send a short work history and contact information when applying.
