JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Porter, you act as an ambassador of Hayden Properties to our current and future residents. You are responsible for keeping the appearance of the property in excellent condition, both inside and out and completing quality and thorough cleaning. As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our CORE values of Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Excellence to all employees and residents.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing Ensure all amenities are cared for and inspected according to standards Preform through housekeeping on unit make readies Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies Excellent Communication (ability to conduct follow-up with residents and explain solutions to resident issues, etc) Organized (keep track of work orders and keys) Ability to multitask (handle and prioritize everyday work orders and emergencies) Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, climb ladders and stairs Bilingual a plus
