Summer- Help/ Groundskeeper/ Light Maintenance

Job Tasks:

Ensure community is presentable and inviting, maintain curb appeal Pick up litter from premises - Ensure trash and debris is picked up daily, common areas, shrub area, tree area, parking lot Small repairs, some painting or staining, dusting, cleaning, sweeping of office space Other areas of assistance including, but not limited to: power washing, window washing, sign cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, Follow safety procedures while performing duties May interact with customers on a daily basis May experience summer weather conditions (environmental, weather, dust, loud noise, heights, fumes, smoke, air pollution, allergens, etc.).
