Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are well-kept, safe, and inviting. Your work will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of our properties. You will report to our Maintenance Supervisor so job responsibilities will also include indoor building maintenanace tasks when needed. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care Use hand tools and power tools safely for planting, pruning, trimming, and general maintenance Various other maintenance tasks Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, and pest control Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and horticultural principles Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other machinery safely and effectively Familiarity with tree care practices such as trimming and pruning for health and safety reasons Strong understanding of gardening principles and plant care requirements Willingness to perform snow plowing or seasonal tasks as needed for property upkeep Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Must have clean driving record, valid Texas Driver's license and carry auto insurance, it will be required to drive company vehicles between our locations.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
