The Lawn/Landscape Industrial Team Member is a crucial part of the Marvelous Gardens team and plays a key role in maintaining the landscapes of industrial sites. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care and landscape maintenance, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Lawn/Landscape Industrial Team Member must pass a hair follicle drug screen and possess a valid TWIC card.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks on industrial sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Operate and maintain industrial-grade equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other specialized tools used in industrial landscape maintenance. Conduct routine lawn care duties, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance. Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscape elements specific to industrial sites, following established plans and guidelines. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as necessary, adhering to proper safety procedures and regulations. Safely operate and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water usage and proper function. Perform regular inspections to identify potential hazards, damages, or maintenance needs on industrial landscapes. Adhere to industry regulations and guidelines governing landscape maintenance on industrial sites. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks within established timeframes while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members, providing updates on progress, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in industrial landscape maintenance or related field is preferred. Knowledge of proper lawn care and industrial landscape maintenance techniques. Familiarity with industrial-grade landscape equipment and tools, and the ability to operate and maintain them safely and effectively. Physical stamina and flexibility to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen. Possession of a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
