Competitive / Entry‑Level to Experienced Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Landscape Crew Member to assist with daily landscape maintenance services. This position is ideal for someone with basic experience who is hardworking, dependable, and eager to grow in the landscape industry. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks, including: Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Pruning shrubs and removing debris Planting flowers and spreading mulch Load and unload equipment and materials Operate basic landscaping tools safely Follow directions from the Foreman Maintain cleanliness of job sites and equipment Follow safety guidelines and company policies Requirements At least 1 year of landscape or outdoor work experience Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions Ability to lift to 50 lbs. Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable transportation to work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred (but not required) Experience with basic lawn equipment Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits Competitive wages Opportunity for training and advancement Steady work Team‑oriented work environment
