The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our landscapes, gardens, and outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, and proficiency in using various hand and power tools. Duties Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance. Care for gardens by planting, watering, weeding, and mulching to promote healthy growth. Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers effectively and safely. Utilize hand tools for various tasks including digging, planting, and pruning plants. Irrigate landscapes as needed to maintain optimal moisture levels in the soil. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying pests or diseases that may require attention. Maintain cleanliness of grounds by removing debris and litter from outdoor areas. Assist in the design and implementation of new landscaping projects as directed. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape design principles is advantageous. Ability to operate and maintain power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license may be required depending on the job location.
