Ready to take the next step in their career with a growing company. Your Responsibilities As a front-line expert, you will: Perform high-quality landscape maintenance and general lawn care. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physical labor (lifting 35-80 lbs). Ensure all equipment and sites are prepared and secured daily.

Managing time effectively to keep jobs on budget.

Ensuring "Done Right" the first time to minimize returns.
Service:
Building customer relationships that drive retention. Requirements Prior experience in landscaping or lawn service preferred. No experience? Must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
