Full-Time About Us We are a growing custom landscaping and hardscape company that takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dependable Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader who is motivated, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys working outdoors. Responsibilities Lead a lawn maintenance crew on residential and commercial properties. Mow, edge, trim, and blow off properties. Prune shrubs and small trees. Monitor irrigation issues and report concerns. Ensure each property is completed to company quality standards. Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment safely. Load and unload equipment and keep trailers organized. Communicate professionally with customers and management. Train and assist crew members as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional lawn maintenance experience. Experience leading a crew is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive a truck and trailer is a plus. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Texas weather.
