The Role We're hiring a Landscape Crew Member to work alongside our field crews on premium residential projects. You'll be hands-on every day — installing, building, and finishing the kind of outdoor spaces that make a real impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow in the trades. Responsibilities Assist with installation of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and general landscape work Follow direction from the Crew Lead to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Load and unload materials and equipment Represent ULL professionally on client properties What We're Looking For 1-2 years of landscaping or outdoor construction experience preferred Willingness to learn and take direction well Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer $20-$22/hour based on experience Work on high-profile, premium residential projects Opportunities to grow into a Crew Lead role Supportive team environment Consistent, year-round work with a fast-growing company To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or call us at 801-360-4785.
