Boondocks is seeking a motivated and dependable Grounds Technician to join our Maintenance Team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, functionality, and safety of all exterior property areas, including landscaping, miniature golf courses, water features, irrigation systems, parking lots, and guest-facing outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and are comfortable performing physical labor in various weather conditions throughout the year. The Grounds Technician plays a critical role in creating a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment that enhances the overall guest experience. Essential Responsibilities Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Mow, edge, trim, and maintain turf areas. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas. Plant and care for seasonal flowers and decorative plantings. Apply mulch, decorative rock, and landscape materials. Perform weed control and general grounds upkeep. Irrigation Systems Inspect and maintain irrigation systems. Troubleshoot and repair sprinklers, valves, and irrigation components. Monitor watering schedules and system performance. Miniature Golf Course Maintenance Maintain miniature golf greens and course features. Repair tee areas, cups, fencing, ropes, nets, and course structures. Ensure all courses remain clean, safe, and guest-ready. Water Feature Maintenance Maintain streams, ponds, waterfalls, and decorative water features. Monitor water quality and system operation. Clean skimmers, pumps, filters, and associated equipment. Exterior Property Care Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, patios, and outdoor gathering areas. Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning. Assist with seasonal property improvements and beautification projects. Remove litter and maintain overall property cleanliness. Seasonal & Special Projects Assist with holiday decorating and seasonal installations. Support painting and refurbishment projects. Assist with large-scale grounds improvement projects. Support special events and property enhancement initiatives. Qualifications Preferred Experience
- But not Required Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
Irrigation repair and maintenance experience. General maintenance or construction experience. Experience operating landscaping equipment. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools. Desired Skills Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to identify maintenance needs and take initiative. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on uneven terrain. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and precipitation. Ability to safely operate landscaping and maintenance equipment.

- Friday 7am-3:30pm This position may be offered as either: Full-Time Seasonal (Spring through Fall) Full-Time Year-Round Schedule flexibility may be required during peak operational seasons, special events, holiday installations, and weather-related projects.
