Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Crew Leader to join our team. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a crew effectively while driving to various job sites.

Responsibilities:

Drive a truck and trailer to job sites. Supervise and lead crew members on various tasks. Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers. Ensure all safety and operational guidelines are followed. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Clean driving record. Must be able to work Saturdays as needed. Strong customer service skills. Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Must have 2 + years of experience in the lawn care/mowing industry

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour
