Position Overview A Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing through various landscaping and maintenance tasks.

Position Responsibilities Landscape Maintenance :

Mow lawns, trim hedges, plant flowers, and maintain gardens to ensure aesthetic appeal.

Cleaning Duties :

Remove debris, trash, and litter from outdoor areas, including pathways, parking lots, and recreational spaces.

Equipment Operation :

Safely operate power tools and machinery, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Irrigation Management :

Repair or replace irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.

Seasonal Tasks :

Assist with snow removal during winter months and prepare outdoor areas for seasonal change

Collaboration :

Work with property managers or maintenance supervisors to address landscapig needs and report any maintenance concerns. Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned. Education/Experience Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, ability to push and pull carts and equipment. We thank all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
