This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your skills in landscape maintenance, equipment operation, and hardscaping. You'll contribute to creating stunning landscapes, maintaining existing grounds, and supporting construction and hardscape projects. Responsibilities Operate landscaping equipment such as excavators, power tools, and lawn mowers to perform tasks efficiently and safely Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers with precision and care Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming trees, and applying horticultural practices to promote healthy growth Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal water distribution across landscapes Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible Use hand tools for planting, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance tasks Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure all machinery operates smoothly Qualifications Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and power tools Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required—training available for motivated candidates Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques, and hardscape installation is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail in landscaping tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, and irrigation setup Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor throughout the day in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in construction, snow plowing, or landscape enhancement Join us to help shape beautiful outdoor environments while advancing your skills in landscaping and equipment operation.
