Job Description The right person has a positive attitude and initiative. Must be eager to learn new things, be aware of safety requirements, be able to work as a team, dress appropriately, be punctual and be able to follow instructions given by the supervisor or project manager. Skill set and educational requirements No previous landscape experience needed. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Have reliable transportation to/from work Responsibilities Follows all instructions given by the foreman or leadman Reports any/all unsafe conditions or accidents Reports to work on time Is a willing learner who seeks to master the basic skills of landscaping Able to communicate with supervisor in a timely and thorough manner Reports to work in a clean, and appropriate manner Able to use basic tools or equipment: shovel, grading rake, spade, grub hoe, wheelbarrow, sod roller, etc. Completes assigned tasks efficiently, thoroughly and per company production rates What do we offer? Competitive wage from $19.00/Hour or more depending on experience for Laborer postion. Maintenance crew member pay is percentage of mainteance contracts.
