Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves working with various plants, flowers, and garden features to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. The Gardener will be responsible for ensuring that all gardening tasks are performed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of the property. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching. Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases, implementing appropriate solutions. Must have extensive plant knowledge covering care, pruning, needs etc of a wide variety of ornamental plants. Must have own car, but I provide tools. Requirements Proven professional experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening tasks. Knowledge of growing techniques for various plants and flowers Ability to irrigate effectively using various irrigation systems is helpful, but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. A passion for gardening and a desire to learn more about horticulture practices. Ability to work solo with minimal supervision.
