Groundskeeper- Summer Help

Overview We are looking for summer help keeping up with grounds and building maintenance. Responsibilities Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the property grounds. This position is a part of the Maintenance Department and will assist in light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintains the exterior grounds to include lawn care, pulling weeds, spreading mulch and parking areas Power wash entrances Polish and/or clean outside waste receptacles Cleaning of public space windows Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance projects Assists in light remodeling projects

Qualifications Requirements:

Most possess knowledge of basic hand/power tools Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills Must be able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment Must be dependable and energetic Will be required to climb and work off a ladder Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands Valid driver's license with clean driving record required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires constant standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs comfortably. Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment. Working Environment Will work both indoors and outdoors Miscellaneous Requirements Candidate must be able to pass a physical through APEX Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
