Landscape Maintenance Worker Lawn Care & Maintenance Salt Lake City, UT Job Details Full-time $18 - $21 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Outdoor work Full Job Description We are looking for motivated Landscape Maintenance Workers to join our crew! In this role, you will assist with general landscape maintenance and occasional landscaping projects as needed. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating professional equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers), and bringing a positive energy to the workplace, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities Teamwork:
Work alongside 2-4 other team members providing high quality landscaping services to our clients.
Equipment Operation:
Safely utilize commercial mowers, blowers, trimmers, and pruners throughout the week.
Communication:
Professional communication with clients and team members.
Record Keeping:
Track your daily work and job notes via a company-provided tablet (available in English or Spanish). What We Are Looking For Strong team players with professional communication skills. Reliable, responsible, and quick learner. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and able to work comfortably in various Utah weather conditions.
Highly Valued:
A valid U.S. Driver's License in good standing and/or prior professional landscaping experience. Driver's License qualifies for assisting with driving company trucks and trailers to transport team/equipment to jobsites as needed.
Schedule & Season Hours:
Monday through Friday, starting daily at 8:00 AM.
Overtime:
Regular opportunities for overtime throughout the season.
Season:
Our typical active landscaping season runs from March through early December.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:
Starting rate is based on your prior professional experience and/or a clean driving record (subject to approval by our commercial auto insurance).
Reliable Earnings:
Biweekly pay, checks distributed on the same workday pay period ends.
