Position Overview:

Landscape Installation Laborer This is a physically active, hands-on job where you'll help bring beautiful landscapes to life. You'll work on both residential and commercial projects alongside experienced team members, helping install everything from trees and plants to irrigation systems and hardscapes. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience under your belt, if you're reliable, motivated, and eager to learn—we'll help you grow with us. What You'll Do Assist with landscape installations from start to finish Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and lay sod Install sprinkler systems and irrigation components Move and spread soil, gravel, and mulch Install pavers, edging, and other hardscape features Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Foremen Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Operate hand tools and power tools safely Report any issues or delays to your supervisor Follow all safety guidelines—we take safety seriously What You'll Need Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds regularly Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and a team-player mindset Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to follow directions and take initiative when needed Preferred (but not required) Prior , construction, or general labor Familiarity with basic landscape tools and materials Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care Valid Utah driver's license and clean driving record Bilingual in English and Spanish—a strong plus What We Offer Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Performance bonuses Opportunities to grow into crew lead or foreman roles A positive, respectful, and team-oriented work culture Ready to Join the Team?
