This position involves assisting with a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects. If you're passionate about outdoor work, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to landscape projects, this opportunity is perfect for you! You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills in landscape construction while supporting the overall style and beauty of outdoor environments. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including features such as patios and walkways, driveways, sod, and more Operate machinery and power tools safely for tasks such as pruning, digging, grading and site preparation Support installation to ensure efficient project construction Help with operating equipment including skid steers and mini excavators when necessary Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site Experience Prior experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for operating equipment such as excavators or power tools Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance routines is helpful Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and construction projects Knowledge of safety procedures related to the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery is advantageous Work, learn, and develop with our team and make a tangible difference!
