Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators safely and efficiently during various projects. Support hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other decorative features. Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and seasonal clean-up to maintain pristine grounds. Help with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Participate in tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Contribute to snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe year-round. Requirements Previous experience or familiarity with landscaping tasks is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Mechanical knowledge or experience operating equipment like excavators or power tools is a plus. Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening practices, and landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of land preparation, construction processes, or tree care enhances your fit for this role.
